There is no entrance for the disabled, moreover, the existing concrete stairs are falling apart. It flows in the rain or during the thaw from the roof. Often the ATM does not work - the software does not work, there is no money. Earlier the ATM issued 10 UAH each. Now less than 100 UAH does not give. At the moment, the office is almost out of service.
