In the Dnepropetrovsk region, two factories were caught for non-compliance with the recipe when manufacturing the product. This was reported by the press center of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. As a result of the investigation, manufacturers were identified who made mixtures with unknown components and called such products "butter". Some businessmen resorted to replacing milk fats with vegetable fats in other products. In particular, the committee found a discrepancy with the declared percentage of fat in the composition of hard cheeses. Among the violating producers were two factories from the Dnepropetrovsk region, Vivaldi D LLC, fined for this in the amount of UAH 6,900,000 and Inter-mol LLC, punished for violation of UAH 4,022,000.
