Value for money for ease of location but a bit disappointing. · Check in was quick, receptionist facilitated change of room without fuss. Very friendly staff. Fan in room. · This hotel looks better on the outside than when you get into the bedroom area. Very rabbit Warren like, lots of small corridors with worn carpets and small sets of stairs, not easy to find your way out, need more exit signs, a worry if there was a fire. Rooms very tight and hot, no air con. Baggage store has no real security, key given out to you and you store and collect your own bag, no checks on what you are doing in the store or what bags you are removing.

The reception lady barely spoke English. In my first impression the hostel looked not clean. I checked in. Noticed bed bucks in my bed and immediately left. No recommendation at all!

It's an affordable hostel,and it's well maintained by the care takers.there is free WiFi and you will have your peace of mind you are staying there.

I already booked the room the internet and when i got there he said no rooms and called me an idiot nice hostel

It's ironic how they call their hostel SMILE when no one there is smiling! The woman working in the reception was very rude with me and my friend and would start shouting at us in Russian for any reason!
