The level of service and customer focus begins with the reception. Dear management, replace the employee. The level of the woman: who sits at the reception - selling pasties in the market. A boorish attitude in a modern medical center is absolutely unacceptable. Only in our city you can go to a private clinic and endure, at the same time, such behavior from an employee. Today we refused to serve you at the Center only because of the administrator. I am ready to overpay twice, but I cannot tolerate the behavior of careless employees.
