A large family, a mother of a heroine, a disabled person of the first group made an order for children's furniture for UAH 100,000. They waited two months for the project. .load it yourself, assemble it yourself .. they are rude, hammered, insulted ... there is no furniture. there are only sticks, they do not want to collect .. they demand payment in full and even on top ... both for lifting, and for delivery, and for assembly and not those doors were brought, mirrors, although we did not order, they say ... so cheaper ... instead of purple parts they made white ones, we tell them, 8 boys live in a room, purple desks, steps are needed, and they answer, white is cheaper ... two wardrobes made with doors that open on a swing door instead of a compartment door, and they do not fit into the room ... there are no schemes ... they all put in heaps ... that where it is not known ... this is our furniture ... We do not recommend getting in touch ... until everything they will not do it, do not pay .. rudeness will begin and they will simply throw you away .. we were advised to contact them, now our friends are horrified .. People are ashamed ... now, they say everyone in Dnipro will be warned that this is a scam ... they hired installers from a Kiev firm, we'll see how they will assemble it, maybe there is still something missing, some other problems ... we will contact the police and court .. such things cannot be left to such a boor ... they think that this will make them healthy and business will flourish .. do not tempt fate, do not mess with them ... good luck in your search

I want to share my impressions! About a week ago, Best Bed furniture appeared in my apartment, but my euphoria has not yet passed. I dreamed for a long time and even developed something similar. And this furniture already exists! So, the color is everything I wanted! Completed and delivered on time! Assembly, my boys are not furniture makers, I had to tinker, but managed, as they say "without calling a friend." Free space! Here I will make a reservation. Initially, I did not plan to hide the bed every morning, but only at certain moments, such as the arrival of guests, cleaning, and the like. During the time she was in my apartment, and this is a little more unreliable, she collected it 2 times. Everything is very convenient! I used to have a bed with a lifting mechanism, so here, as for me, everything is the same. Raised and the bedroom turned into a living room!

I ordered a Best Bed company a bed with a sofa and two side consoles. Of the pluses, I want to note the following: everything was super at the stage of approval, a selection of any payment options, any delivery option, pleasant communication in a cafe when selecting, and I want to note that it seemed to be invested in time, and that’s all! And then it started .... Of the minuses: 1st) I wanted to order assembly and rise to the floor, but I was assured that this is not necessary! The bed is not heavy))), but you can assemble it in half a day with two screwdrivers (flat and Phillips) and a maximum of 1 person)))), but in fact, a bed in soap was barely barely able to lift 4 healthy men to the 10th floor, and for assembly in general I am silent, it is necessary: ​​4 pcs screwdrivers, a set of 8 coal wrenches, to buy self-tapping screws, a mount, because without it a berth will not fall into place, and most importantly 2 more people. 2) there are simply no drawings or assembly instructions! it is necessary to pull out the ticks, ask how to do how it is, and there it turns out they forgot to make a hole or insert a lock, etc. .... 3rd) The project was originally done incorrectly! did not take into account the sofa, the facades were made shorter! I had to finish two additional consoles, asked to finish it, only as I want, I’ve been waiting for 2 months to finish it, and I already seem to understand that I won’t wait ((((I’ll look for someone else now (((( 4th) The lifting mechanism does not extend the bed, it’s hard to lift, the wife herself doesn’t want to lift it at all ((( Bottom line: I did not save anything! took all the best! paid 48 000 UAH!, but received an unfinished product that does not bring joy in everyday life !! Therefore, I do not RECOMMEND anyone to contact this company !!!!!

This is complete nonsense! I repeat once again that I didn’t save on the project, I ordered additional gluing, ordered an Italian mechanism you praised (which does not work out its money, although it is twisted to the maximum!), Ordered the best moisture-reflecting material for the sofa, ordered the most expensive sliding mechanism for boxes, and naturally I didn’t want to save on assembly, since I am not an expert in this field, and I don’t know how to assemble such furniture, and worried that I could do something wrong and ruin the project. You told me that you don’t have a team of assemblers, and all your employees are involved in production to the maximum, there are no free people, and assembly is as simple as in IKEA, and you send it all over Ukraine, and they collect everything without problems (then I found out that Your customers often have problems, either put the supporting leg of the wrong size, then miscalculate the size, then don’t put the handles in). To prove your words: 1) Please publish a screenshot from our correspondence where you dumped me the instructions for assembling and installing a bed, by the way your clients often fall out of bed because of its absence (((and I already know that for sure! And I understand that other clients are not to blame for which the beds fell too! 2) Please publish a video of the control assembly of my project, you tell everyone that you must do the control assembly, but during the assembly I found that not all the holes for the legs were marked, what kind of control assembly there could be! 3 months already, I’m dropping the video of the control assembly! 3) You are writing a lie! I did not ask you to send a sleeping place in the assembly, you did it yourself because special equipment and a large space are required to evenly attach the facade to the bedroom place, and you send the sleeping room to everyone place in the collection! I even have a video from you where you tell me that you send a berth in the assembly))) and a berth in collecting it is far from 50% of my project! And the conclusion is by contacting BEST DED, get ready for nerves, headaches, unnecessary problems, and a lot of troubles. PS Then they always have the wrong clients, I heard from others, the walls are crooked the ceilings are low, the floors are not even, the client is too nervous. Better get around them! Do not fall for how I once got caught! And now I'm sorry!
