The second one went for free for the "happy hour" promotion. The girl served very reluctantly, sluggishly and with such a face "as if I came to borrow money from her." Well, nothing. By the time they went to wash their hands, the order was ready. Began to eat, and there - ham (ham), and ordered beef (( I went to the cashier, apologized, to ask: is it a ham, can I be wrong. The hatred of the cashier barely held on to her mask, which hung below her nose. "Come on, I'll redo it!" she said through gritted teeth. I agreed. Although her fellow guy, in general, initially refused to do again. She persuaded him. So in the photo below is a sandwich they reworked. It's a pity ... There were both hungry and sad, and with a bad feeling after that. Conclusion: if this attitude towards customers continues, FreshLine will never be able to be a competitor to either Mak or even some other people. And besides, understand - we were not offended by this mistake. Well, who doesn't? Moreover, if they had served well, we might not have even noticed. And yes ... We have what we have. Drinks are unusual with interesting tastes, for example, nuts cappuccino, hot latte mango mint. I recommend this place.
