It is a Terrible Experience and it seems it is a Fraud Website. I paid money online for a Delivery on 14th Feb 2020 at 9 AM and once the payment was made through their payment gateway, there was no confirmation email neither text. The only way to communicate is their online Chat. I started following up since 10 AM on 14th Feb till 11 55 PM Night and the only reply was we will update you. Today 15th February, the flower was not delivered and no money refund processed neither they are replying on chat any more. The Phone Number given on website , I tried thrice and no one picks up. I will wait till Monday before I take up the Matter with Indian High Commission KZ, RU & Ukraine and put up the matter in front of International Consumer Forum Refrain from believing this website. This was my worst online experiance ever.

Never use this company. Worst customer service. The man paid 80 pounds for the order to please his beloved on February 14th. The order was not delivered, there was no response to the customer's emails, and only after correspondence it became clear that there was a failure in the system, although before that it was claimed that the order had been delivered. On Monday, they promised to make a refund and apologize, but nothing happened yesterday. After today's correspondence, here is what was sent to the customer. Good day! A return has been issued for your order. We apologize for the failure in the system and unfortunately we could not deliver your order. And this is an apology ???? For the fact that we ourselves find the coordinates, we write to figure out what's the matter? The delivery was supposed to be in Minsk. But they gave your phone to find out the details How can you be unrelated to the order if we corresponded with you on WhatsApp at +380961010110. And you checked the order for Minsk number 1020471.

I am not at all a conflict person, but I cannot remain silent. I ordered a bouquet for my mom for her birthday. They told me the price in hryvnia and when translated into the currency that I was going to send it turned out to be $ 80, but the manager said that the payment was $ 94 and explained that the convector had calculated it that way. Although I counted at the rate at the moment I dumped the money. I said that it would be better for a friend from Ukraine to dump the money, and I would send her the $ 80 (and for some reason they coincide with the course and correspond to the declared price of the bouquet). The bouquet was delivered and it was not beautiful. The box is not the one shown in the photo. It's just a tube wrapped in a white sheet of paper. The seam was on the front of the bouquet. In a circle there were howling eustomas. In my opinion to the manager about the withering flowers, it was affirmative - "that there are no watered flowers." When I sent the photo there is no answer. When the bouquet began to wither, my mother decided to go through the bouquet and counted the number of flowers. Of the 15 roses ordered (I paid extra for that amount), there were 14 roses and out of 7 orchids there were only 5 orchids. I paid $ 80 for the bouquet I understand that it is useless to write to the manager because she will say that this cannot be that everything is fresh and that all the flowers are in the right quantity, so I am writing a review here. So that the next who will order understand that the bouquet may not correspond to the declared one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I understand that for me it may not be very expensive $ 80, but for a person from Ukraine, for an ordinary guy or girl who collected money to please their loved one, but as a result they received not what they ordered and with the wrong number of flowers and those who have wondered it are very insulting. I would like to appeal to the owners of the company so that they pay attention to their employees. Since this is your reputation and judging by the reviews below, it is getting worse and worse (it's a pity that I haven't read reviews before)

I ordered flowers by self, they do not correspond to the photo at all, the flowers are old and I simply cannot convey in words, I was ashamed to give them, I took them right before I met the girl, so I did not refuse, since there was no time to look elsewhere ... As a result, the holiday is ruined for me, thanks. Dnipro city. Because of my mood I even forgot to take a picture of such a "gorgeous bouquet". Read reviews immediately before ordering them here ... Don't repeat my mistakes.

This is an unreliable and dishonest company that does not value its reputation and its customers. On February 14, an order for £ 80 was placed in my name, and not only was it not delivered, but there was no further explanation. On February 15, when we began to deal with this situation, the company unsubscribed that the flowers were delivered in the evening of February 14, but then they denied this. At the moment, there are no explanations and apologies to me for the spoiled mood and holiday from the company, which, by the nature of its activity, should bring joy did not follow. I really do not want someone to suffer from the incompetence and, non-professionalism and dishonesty of this company.
