Typical government building in the region. Many offices and service facilities. A nice and big plaza in front of the building. Pieces of history cover walls in the main hall and between the floors.

City Hall building is nothing special. And the square in front of the building is well-kept and clean. Especially beautiful in the summer when everything blooms.
