I do not recommend cooperation. Customer focus at zero. When ordering samples of oak shield AB received shields with sapwood more than 50%, respectively, could not accept. After a couple of weeks, the manufacturer replaced it with a normal shield, but shifted all the costs of shipping the marriage onto the shoulders of the client without compensating for this. Well, if the client is not Epicenter or a Chinese company, then interest in him disappears altogether, so sales managers can calmly inform customers: we will call you back when we have time.
