Not the most friendly staff. A lot of space is not used, but it's good that there is a store at all. It seems that the consultants are offended by the management or the atmosphere in the team is tense. They do not want to say too much, it is not possible to consult. My wife came to inquire about the tariffs, and in response received, - "so what do you dislike? There is no better." And then we ourselves found ourselves better. We connected the family. And cheaper and more internet. After all, you can talk to a person and advise on different options. In short, it's somehow tense for you, but they serve, issues are resolved therefore approx. 4 🌟

A month ago, after my SIM card broke down, I turned to the lifecell store on ul. Rokossovsky in the city of Chernihiv. I was met by a girl manager who is not trained in the elementary standards of business etiquette. The client came in: 1. The greeting should be from the manager-consultant and a friendly look, for the correct and further construction of the conversation with the client. 2. To ask clarifying questions such as, on what issue you came to us, I’m sure that we can solve your problem now. 3 The most erudite and trained manager should provide the maximum information that interests the client, while not being very dedicated, but also not losing the “bridge” that he must build between himself and the client. I wish everyone good luck in sales and professionalism at Wagey's work. Orientation should always be on the client, not on the wall, not on your mobile, but on the client.
