I am Peaceful, but NOT for you I'll start with the fact that I don't have enough literary words to describe the situation that happened to me that day ...

Good day. I want to share my impressions of celebrating a child's birthday at the pizzeria "Baskerville" in Shpola. I will write at once that when ordering it was agreed that this is a children's holiday. On the positive side - delicious pizza. And all ... This is where all the positive ends and the solid negative begins. They put us on the 2nd floor. The room is small, it was stuffy. The service is bad. The waiters either do not know how to work, or did not want to, because they brought food, and dirty dishes, napkins were not cleaned at all. But the most negative impression on us was made by the administrator, who is the owner of the pizzeria "Baskerville" Julia Koshova. In short, it's just HORROR, SHOCK, UNPROFESSIONALISM and just an unacceptable person. The administrator, and even more so the owner of any institution must control the quality of service, resolve conflicts and create a good mood for visitors. But in the pizzeria "Baskerville", just the administrator and created a conflict. Almost at the end of the holiday (and we were there only 1.5 hours !!!!!) Julia came in, and not in the most pleasant tone said that the children make noise, run and thus "scare" customers. Wait, but if you take responsibility for a children's party, you should know that children can't just sit still. Maybe for you, Julia, it will be a revelation, but children (we were 3-8 years old) laugh, communicate, sometimes are capricious and cry. Although the children behaved quite normally and we followed them. But when I pointed out to Yulia Koshova the shortcomings in her work, then all the horror began. Julia allowed herself to use obscene language in the presence of children, said that she did not want to see us here anymore, and threatened my friend: "if you do not leave the institution now, I will let you down the stairs now !!!!!!!" We hurried to leave the pizzeria (without even eating a cake) because we didn't want the children to see and hear it all. So, the child's holiday is spoiled, I am generally silent about our emotional state. So think 100 times before organizing a party at the pizzeria "Baskerville", I do not recommend to anyone. In general, I think it's great when a person who knows everything about his profession, knows the basic rules of etiquette and is just a good person works as an administrator in food establishments.

Place for a small group of people (2-5). The pizza burger is delicious freshly cooked (no reheating).
