I often go to this store. Until yesterday, the impression of the store was only positive. The saleswoman answered very rudely and was rude, when the administrator came - she shouted and did not allow to say a word, as she considered herself in the right situation. The salesperson's behavior offended me greatly. Any conflict and misunderstanding can be resolved by conversation, not rudeness. Does this mean that you shouldn't go to Eve? Of course not, but very unpleasant. For the first time in my life I wrote a complaint. It is a pity that in a good company there are employees who do not like their job.

It was a very unpleasant event. The child broke his knee near the store, wanted to quickly buy wet wipes to wash the blood, but the store did not show a delivery of 100 UAH. She began to persuade her to sell and find a surrender, because the child was crying and needed to be helped quickly. After hearing all the claims and complaints from the saleswoman that they do not have change, I still bought those unfortunate napkins. I ask the store management to provide their sellers with changeable money, because buyers should not be confused. A middle-aged girl, a blonde, unfortunately did not remember your name, if you do not like your job, you may not need to damage the reputation of the store. This is not the first time you are rude at work. Review your priorities.

The ramp is not suitable for prams or for people with disabilities. Very narrow between the shelves inside. It is difficult for two people of average build to miss each other.
