I am not satisfied with the level of knowledge of workers in this organization. I went to their site, looked at the catalog part number from the clutch basket Zil 130 (compression spring in the amount of 16 pieces) and dictated to the manager. After confirming the presence of this part in the amount of 16 pieces, ordered delivery. As a result, they sent 16 springs to the release bearing (it is installed there only one and has a completely different catalog number). All, no words, some obscene thoughts.
