In this post office there are two ladies with whom I have not been able to find a common language for two years, they always have something wrong, they are boorish, especially the head of the department, always faces brick, no respect for clients. In addition, they are still not competent in their work! I tried to ship the car charger to the UK, so they even indiscriminately told me that such things do not go abroad, I tried to explain that there are no batteries inside, it's absolutely safe without current supply, which got a solid NO! I drove through half the city to another department (at the station of Shevchenko), where nice young ladies easily accepted this parcel from me, and she reached the recipient. If Ukrposhta wants to provide quality services, then please sort it out first with your staff, they have long been out of place in the sphere of quality services! ...
