We are very satisfied. But the main thing is that all recommendations made by experts have yielded positive results. There is no service here! They take money for a consultation and do not help in any way, incompetent doctors simply shrug their complaints. Mom turned for help to a urologist, Khurtsidze, who, after a brief pat on the kidneys, said that there was nothing serious there, and he needed to wait for the tests and come to the reception in a week, and did not even pay attention to tearful complaints about pain. On the same day, my mother was taken by ambulance to the hospital and there was acute pyelonephritis. Mom stayed in the hospital for more than a week, it is hard to imagine what would happen if she listened to the doctor and went for another week! Having filed a complaint with Diaservis, they first apologized and asked for the results of the tests and an extract from the hospital and promised to return 210 UAH for the consultation. Arriving at the department, they brazenly informed that they had changed their minds! And this is a company that claims to be a worthy private medical company! It is very disappointing that in our country you cannot get good medical care for money.

We made an appointment with a neurologist at 15.00, at the reception they said that it would be possible to immediately create an ultrasound scan. After the examination, the doctor came to the reception desk to do an ultrasound scan and we were told that the ultrasound scan worked until 15.00

It looks like a nice modern center, but inside there is the same post-Soviet "reception", hour lines, and a little bit of a fuss about people. Whoever paid first was first. Very unpleasant, had a better opinion ...
