The clinics and the lab offers wide variety of medical services.
I’ve used the place for some minor surgeon services and for number of the medical researches.
I can note generally good quality provided by a service provider combined with terrible experience I’ve faced on the reception.
The check in process is not well organized, —every time I’ve visited the place there was a pretty long queue. I would definitely suggest implementing a reasonable online check-in and payment option.
If you want to stand in a long line outside in the cold to get tested, then you are here. Service below the baseboard. When calling the call center, the operator did not even try to apologize. This is despite the fact that the tests have already been paid for online (unfortunately). And no useful information on how to solve the problem. In the polyclinic at the place of residence, it is faster to get tested!

There are good doctors, but only a few of them. And to find out about them, you have to try to visit all the others ...

We contacted you today (10.01-Sunday) with acute pain in the ear. At the information desk, the girls could not decide for a long time whether Lor was there today or not, after arguing with each other, another girl came up and said that Lor was taking it today, but he had all the records taken. After my question -And will the doctor be able to take between the records, tk. I am dealing with acute pain (at least for a quick consultation, so as not to self-medicate)? To which the answer was -No, and with acute pain go to the hospital! It was very unpleasant to hear this in a paid clinic. So I have not yet been sent even to the state. polyclinics (and they have many years of experience in this). And better educate the girls at the information desk)
