Forever queues, the staff is rude with everyone! While I stood in line they appealed to clients with a favor, although this is your job !!! Not one package was lost here. The work schedule is also bad, people who work cannot pick up the packages. And of course, two situations: 1. They came to pick up the parcel from Alik. As usual, they stood in line, gave the girl a passport, and went to look. After a couple of minutes she comes, I didn’t find .. We go out, we are convinced once again in the phone that the parcel has arrived, we come up again to the girl, and here she finds how? 2. We arrive at the post office, also with the package. Two passport, she looks, gives and brings a parcel with a different name .. Once mixed up already given to another person. We said not so. In reply: it means your package is not. We asked again (on the basis of the past situation) we just LAUGHED IN THE FACE. Where are you recruiting staff? Morginals alone work, no words. If there was a choice, I would never in my life go to this "sharashkina office" !!!

The department is in terrible condition. Permanent queues. Of the three windows, one works. After standing in the queue for half an hour to receive registered letters, you will find out that you have another window, in which there is no one and it turns out you just had to call the employee. And now about the rules of Ukrposhta itself. My civil husband received international letters. Now he is away and cannot receive them himself. But according to the RECIPIENT PASSPORT it is IMPOSSIBLE to pick them up! I have to prove kinship !!! What nonsense !!!! or draw up a power of attorney !!!! As always, everything is for people!

Normal office and staff. Maybe they are rude to someone, but obviously not casual. The lines have become longer of course, but this is not surprising, since instead of 3 offices in the district there is only one left.

Sucks full. The queues. The staff is rude. Parcels from China are lost. And what is this mail if it does not send parcels. We must go to another branch. There were no problems at all in department 106. What is the meaning of closing? All questions staff answers that the lack of people. RAVE.
