The first time I was in this department, it was open, the girls are nice, I have no complaints. VT-PT is open from 8:00 to 17:00. Lunch 13: 00-14: 00. Surprisingly, such reviews, people write.

Even one star is too much for this branch. Employees are solid boors and completely inadequate. They do NOT fulfill their duties, the postman refuses to come to the specified address, saying that she has a long way to go. Mess and rudeness!
