Was here 2 weeks ago. I went into this salon "to remove the shilak". Unfortunately, the master was not busy ... Because what she did with my nails is just awful! I always did the manicure at the master of their own salon, but along Soborny Avenue. Because I thought that all their masters were good. My master got sick ... Once in the region of Ukraine, I went into this "Lux" salon. The girl (sorry, did not recognize the name) seemed to take the tools in her hands for the first time! She began to file off my nail plate almost completely. Then, I accidentally damaged the length of the nail and the nail itself. I asked her to be careful. I told her that I had only come to remove the nail polish, not the nails with the skin. After that, the girl apologized and continued to work with trembling hands. But she had such a fear of working with this machine that on the second hand she took off for me in places superficially, and in places she cut it down with holes. Now my nails are in a terrible state! All are bumps, in places they hurt (where she cut down very much). In general, I do not know how things are with other masters in this salon, but I strongly advise against going to a manicure if you don’t want to ruin your nails the way I did. I wanted to make a shilak, but now I can't. You need to restore your nails. I have been making shilak for 5 years at different intervals, but I have never seen such horror anywhere else! And I wish the directors to choose the staff more carefully. Hire professionals, not "butchers". NO FEET to you anymore!

Many have to change settlements, and accordingly hairdressers. This left the best impression. I have a little chaos on my head, but they quickly understood what I want and did a very high quality job. I have been in this city for 2 months and once a week I take great pleasure in visiting these masters. The girls know their stuff and perform it very well. Recommend.

Husband is trimmed in this salon, the haircut turns out beautiful, but I was outraged by his last trip to this salon. Before the procedure, the husband always warns that a big mole is on his head and the master damaged this birthmark during the haircut and did not admit it and of course did not treat the wound! Since the birthmark is on the back of the head - the husband did not see the wound. I would like to believe that the tools are processed before each use and such neglect of work will not cause us problems.
