They offered a tile that differed in size by 3 mm, but in laying the tile this is a very significant difference. We asked to buy only panels and friezes, but we were told that we can buy panels only when we order tiles for the whole bath from them. This is in the spirit of a scoop - if you want to buy something, take something else you don't need to load! Our purchase is about 2000 UAH. too small for them to waste their precious time and effort on it. As a result, I bought the panels and friezes of interest elsewhere, and even at a lower price. Communication with the sellers of Imperio ceramica - only a negative aftertaste !!! It's sad that respect for a client directly depends only on the amount of money that you plan to spend there! ... (To the owner's answer): Don't cheat !! The base tile was offered to us by another manufacturer. Polish. It is smaller than the panel but 3 mm. And we bought a panel from another seller without any restrictions. Your answer only once again shows your attitude towards customers. I didn’t "OBOLGAL" you, but expressed my opinion.
