Many thanks to Emil! He turned out to be the only one in Kremenchug who still worked on Sunday afternoon and managed to find for us a rare oil 0W-40, which was not available anywhere, by telephone. In addition, he helped us make sure that this particular oil is suitable for the car, having studied the instructions with us right on the spot. The next day, early in the morning, we had a long road ahead, so if it weren't for Emil, we would definitely have lost at least half a day waiting for the oil to be delivered by pre-order in some other place.
