They always cared for it with pleasure, everything was fine, until they ruined the child's tooth, the filling fell out, was treated, put a new one, it fell out after 2 weeks, changed under warranty, dropped out again a month later, went to change it, but this time they took 500 UAH for brushing your teeth, they put a temporary filling, which fell out after 2 hours, turned to another doctor, and there the tooth was already in a terrible state, it turns out that initially the caries was not cleaned out well. I was just disappointed, I wanted to swear, but didn't go. Adult specialists are good there, but unfortunately for children ... I have always recommended this clinic to my friends.

Attentive, Polite, Correct Doctor, Wonderful Professional in his field. Probably the only dental surgeon to whom it is pleasant to contact. And it's not scary! I completely trust his professional opinion and experience !!! I really liked the attitude and approach to the patient! All staff work quickly, everyone is attentive. Terrible. We went to the pediatric dentist Yulia Romanovna three times and I advised her to everyone, but when I came last with a 3-year-old child, I was shocked. Either she was not in the mood, or PMS, or problems in her personal life, but she was able to blame my child for everything. While we made one tooth, I had a desire to send it to hell, but the tooth was already reamed. At the same time, I paid 1000 UAH for one tooth in total. Yulia Romanovna, change your profession if something does not suit you.

We treat son’s milk teeth, after the first unsuccessful time in another clinic, my son was so scared, I thought it would be an injury for life. But here everything went more than perfectly, the doctor found an approach to the child, but the most important thing is that everything went without pain, and the cartoons are very distracting and soothing. Three teeth have already been cured. The child goes to the clinic with pleasure, as they also give gifts))) All the staff are friendly and sociable. Olga Vladislavovna - See best.

I was completely satisfied with this dentistry to this day. More precisely, with dentistry - I am satisfied with my doctor, Dmitry Mikhailovich, the work of the registry, the cleanliness of the room, attitude, prices, etc., and now. Suddenly, the impression was ruined by the pediatric dentist. On the trip, the child got a milk tooth - he was about to fall out, but something was stopping him. I did not worry about this - I have your dentist, but they will help me out. I called, they told me that you can come up the next day after 2 at any time. At the agreed hour, when the child and I were already waiting on the spot, the doctor, in a rather active, if not aggressive form, told me that she could receive us only after 4 hours, she had a terrible record, and in general, who told us to come after 2 if Les went out all day. I don’t understand who Lesya is, but I realized that I won’t get help from your dentist for a child. I did not remember the name and full name of the doctor — their name is Natalya. I draw the attention of management to this situation. In city pediatric dentistry we were admitted without a queue and resolved the issue in 5 (!) Minutes. I appreciate it only out of respect and gratitude to Dmitry Mikhailovich. I categorically do not recommend a children's doctor - at a critical moment, he will not help out.
