I repeat once again, they are not only cute, they also get sick !!!! 2. Who has complaints about medical terms - do you have a medical education or are you friends with Google? then google at home yourself (sorry, it's very boiling !!!!) even you can make a reservation (I think that you were also corrected more than once when you made a reservation), but you can't hear yourself !! 3.If you want your pet, friend, masik, hippo to be correctly diagnosed and cured, you must not only collect the entire history (google 😉) and take one smear, which is done in almost all veterinary clinics in our city (10 minutes and go through the next ), you need to pass a lot of tests, a lot of examinations, spend more than one hour on your pet for an appointment, and yes, you have to pay for this !!!! Not ready to pay, go to the "doctor-like ...", "let's try to anoint with this ", or even better, they will give an injection, it is not known which one, and they will say" should help ", and if not, then" call me, nicely. " 4. I turned to Dr. Ermolaev late in the evening (in panic I was looking for round-the-clock clinics), and he, not seeing and not knowing what was wrong with my CAO (Google), determined from my words what was wrong with the dog. Now we are being treated by Mikhail Vasilyevich and are correcting all not mistakes, but negligence, not a desire to tinker with a huge dog) of the previous clinic. 5. For a minute - his wife is absolutely rude and incompetent in general, she constantly talked, climbed to evaluate my clothes, overexposed the thermometer in the dog for about 20 minutes, until I interrupted her and forced her to take it out. Both walked beside her, joking. We are in complete bewilderment and fanatical belief - that this is Yermalaev! The "best" doctor in the city - everyone took on faith what he said. Ermalaev enlightened the heart and did not find anything there, enlightened the lungs and calmly said that there were liquids, and where they came from, he probably did not have enough competence, as well as conscience. And again he left him lying, then left again, came again, looked at something under the microscope, only screamed that there were no leukocytes .. Another hour passed - the dog was in wild suffering. He let me go with the dog who could hardly breathe and stayed on his feet, she died an hour later, at home, I held her in my arms, hoping that I would faint, I immediately called the doctor, who, with a VERY SLEEP expression, could not remember who I am and what kind of dog I am this (we stayed with him for 5 hours, people !!! 5) Now we are sure that the dog had an exacerbation of an ulcer and a thinning of the gastric walls, this became known later (after death) when we analyzed the vomit with another doctor and the symptoms. He kept silent and did not even begin to understand worse. In this case, euthanasia is done, because the dog is not a tenant with a hole in the stomach, but Yermalaev has a heart attack, he has it for 5 hours in a kind of "clinic", 1800 UAH for ultrasound, injection and "hospitality". Imagine what kind of suffering the dog had to go through, in the end he just prescribed pills, for the sake of appearance, frivolous for 100 UAH (as it turned out), because he already knew that the dog was not a living. FOR THE MAIN THING - MONEY. HE AS A VETERINARY DIED FOR ME. AS and for all dog lovers of our area who know this story. And then he swears why people don't come to him ... Everything is absolutely deserved.

Conoval and boor! A very nasty guy! Communicates with clients in such a way that you want to throw an ax in the forehead! Not literate! The term "hydrocephalus" was said several times by "hydroencephalus", sorry, but not knowing this name is very sad for a doctor! Wouldn't recommend!
