For many years I have been buying shoes for myself and my family in this store. Today I was there for the last time. We were ready to buy, asked to put aside shoes for an hour in order to cash out and complete the business. The seller asked for a deposit. We know the laws, but decided to leave. She decided to threaten that the money would not be returned if we did not take the sneakers. My son and I are standing in THEIR shoes, with THEIR card, intending to buy THEIR sneakers. Because of THEIR problems with the opportunity to take advantage of a discount when paying by the terminal, they are forced to go somewhere, listening to threats. So disgusting ... I wish the store prosperity, and the management - to find an opportunity to train the staff on service standards. Unfortunately, I no longer buy here and take my 5 stars from the otzovik.

These sneakers are an example of the fact that in Ukraine, too, can do quality and cool things. Five stars, likes and toms.

Shoes from Ukrainian manufacturers, genuine leather, high quality. Low score only because of the low level of customer service, during the entire stay in the store no advice on choosing shoes and minimal attention to the buyer.

Not a bad choice. And at prices there is where to roam. The staff is polite, there is a system of discounts

Not bad in principle. Large selection of shoes. The discount is written out on a piece of paper. In the next purchase, this piece of paper is withdrawn and a new one is issued. For such a store, I think this technology is complete nonsense. You can think of something more serious.
