One of the most comfortable hotels in Zhytomer, big clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice breakfast.

Worst reception ever! When we get the hotel, a lady was laying down on a sofa, and staring me. When I approached to the reception, the lady woke up and asked what I need. No greeting, but said что вам? One of the rooms that I rent had broken AC, so when I asked to change the room. She replied she cannot change the room and open the window. I claimed to change the room she just gave me a key, didn't explain room location. I claimed complain, then she told me she will call the police. Later I figure out (no explains from her) that the room price is lower than I paid. I asked for refund that and she told me to take drinks from bar as refund is complicated. Got bad experiences in the hotel, now I don't want visit the city anymore.The hotel gate is on a side of the building. If you use parking lot with guard, you have to pay and walk all around the building to get to the hotel. Breakfast dishes and cups were dirty.

A real deception ! I can not say I don't recommend. It's clean, the staff is professional and polite, but the food and beverages are far from deserving their price. I ordered "punch" to drink, and expected a punch. Instead of that I got a kind of cocktail made of beer. Then I ordered some "chili" with pork meat. They served me a very pale and not hot at all pot of beans with, in place of meat, huge pieces of fat. A real deception.
