Hilton Kiev, is the best five star hotel and Ukraine, I spent 100 days during quarantine. The front desk staff was absolutely magnificent. Oleksandra and Veronika Gave me first class accommodations, upgraded me to a magnificent room free of charge, always very polite and constantly made sure that my stay was absolutely magnificent, I highly recommend Hilton management to promote these two magnificent fabulous women. This hotel is beyond a five star

Had a great time with a team of professionals. I experienced staying in Hilton Apartments, which is a bit different than the hotel itself - for me feels more like home. Central location, walking access to the nearby restaurants (Avalon, Caribbean Club) and entertainments(Opera theatre, park, Tsum shopping mall)

This hotel makes you feel comfortable at right at home. Very friendly knowledgeable staff to assist with anything during your stay. Pleasurable stay everytime I come to Kyiv!!

I want to like it. Staff is great. Gym nice, now no buffet breakfast so nah... BUT worst is aircon which you cant turn completely off so dry air hello! Some tricks tho...

One of the best Hotel in Kiev if not the best, the highest level of service and luxury, the Kitchen is among the best in all Hilton Branches all over the word, very nice and large Swimming pool and Spa, you will meet the best staff ever in a centrally located hotel just next to Universitat Metro station
