I ordered flower delivery for my girlfriend's birthday 2 days before the date. I chose a bouquet, paid for a bouquet + delivery + postcard immediately in full. We agreed with the consultant that in the evening they will send me options for postcards so that I can choose the one that I like. Neither in the evening that day nor the next they wrote to me. On the day of delivery, I asked about the card, they sent me a photo of the finished bouquet with a card, already attached to the flowers. It is outrageous that the guys violated the agreement and deprived me of a choice, without the opportunity to rectify the situation, since they had already sent the courier to deliver flowers. So for a bouquet of 5 - the flowers look amazing, the service will be rated at 1 - I do not recommend it. “Sorry, we didn’t think it was so important to you” - this is not a service that customers expect.
