Khortitsa Palace Hotel

Large modern hotel located outside the city center but easy to reach. Rooms are clean but maintenance should be improved, WiFi is strong. Breakfast is poor and with a less than average quality. Service should be improved as staff have a cold attitude and the tendency not to care about customers. Reception is fast and English speaking. There is a parking in the location.

Nice hotel and good location. Only slight issue was the 24 steps to make a cup of coffee. :) I did figure it out.

The stay was excellent as usual. The hotel has great ammeneties and a very friendly staff. Only minus for me is the breakfast choices.

The hotel is elegant, clean and modern. I really enjoyed the river view from the windows. The staff is polite and kind.

Very comfortable place. Views from 1st and 2d floors are marvelous. Coffee& desserts at the lobby are really tasty. Very helpful and friendly stuff, especially event managers. Highly recommended for business events.
