But, yesterday (08/05/2020) I visited there again and I just walked away from the negative until the evening - a meeting with the head of the personnel department Mikhailyuk I.S. Situation: my mother is registered at the employment center (up to retirement 1.5 years) and, like everyone else, she was sent for employment. The decision to go with her did not arise out of the blue, just the other day she fainted, it's good that dad was nearby! When we arrived at the enterprise, we were met by the senior on duty, the plant's security guard, who rewrote our documents and showed us where the personnel department was (she called back and smiled maliciously after the call). Approaching the office, without having time to say hello (the office was open) we were told to wait! We sat down - waited 15 minutes. Then the head of the personnel department shouted - what have you got ?! I took the direction of my mother and went up to her, greeted her and asked if the vacancy for a handler was relevant, and here it started: neither good morning, nor sit down! Who are you, what do you need, where is the direction, do you have it? ((((I went out and my mother came in. They did not stand on ceremony with her either. "Where is the passport and labor" she shouted to her. I could not resist, I go in and ask - tell at least about the work schedule. In response - from 7-00 day night 48 like the railroad workers, so wake up? - she shouted to me. There were a lot of phrases, you can't describe everything, two more workers of the plant were witnesses of our, if you can call it, dialogue, who were sitting in the same office! My mom answered - I live in the village and the first minibus at 07-30 - she was immediately interrupted by Mikhailyuk I.S. and shouted - what do you want then?! Mom answered, write that I am not suitable for you! I just managed to recover from such an unexpected reception, I asked the head of the personnel department - why are you so angry? We left .... If the management, by chance, reads my review, then I would recommend, taking into account the reviews written earlier, send to personally experience this person "in the shoes of a directed employee from the employment center" , and it is, as they say, "do not renounce" and that she would be met the same way! Not all people who are registered at the employment center want to be there at will or do not want to find a job. Now I perfectly understand the fear of people to enter the personnel department of the Bakery # 1! (((
