Let's say frankly that for the first time we have to respond in this way to the review of our vacationer. But when this unconfirmed criticism does not correspond to reality, and when this "writing" is an absolute lie, then you have to take action and put everything in its place. The location of the campsite, which Natalia writes about, is really the second line. All the trade union organizations with which our camping cooperates are aware of this, and Natalya's father received the voucher from it. On it she came to rest. Why she did not know about the location of the campsite remains a complete mystery to us. The area and comfort of the rooms provided for recreation does not cause any doubts among our guests. The sofas available in 3-bed rooms are designed for children only. The camping room also has comfortable 3-bed rooms (for 3 adults) with all amenities, but Natalya, apparently, decided to save some money. There are mosquito nets on the windows, there are also curtains on the entrance doors, but why Natalya did not see them remains a question. There are no metal bars on the windows of the room in which our guest first lived, since there is simply no need for them, because the building is located in relation to the inside of the camping fence, the neighboring recreation center is visible through the fence mesh, the windows of the room overlook the courtyard. Moreover, the camping is securely guarded. Dishes, basic necessities (iron, beach umbrellas, vacuum cleaner, skewers, grill bars, etc.) and additional sets of bed linen are given to our guests at their first request and need, without any problems. This also applies to cleaning the room during the stay of our guests. At the end of the rest, the maids take the room, i.e. check the safety and availability (completeness) of everything in the room. You can find such an algorithm of work in any hotel, boarding house, guest house. Regarding: "... washed sheets with the stamps of the Zaporozhye Regional Children's Hospital in 2003", about which the respected Natalia writes, this is information that does not correspond to reality and the fruit of her wild imagination.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and always helpful administration. Well-groomed area. Next time I will go only here and recommend to friends. P.S. They write that there are no nets - do not care, I have a fumigator. And in general - have you come to the sea to swim, gain health or live forever? If something is not there, I turn a blind eye to it ... For those who are dissatisfied, please put on the song - "And our Galya is spoiled."

I liked everything very much!) The conditions are excellent. The room has everything you need, cleanliness and order. The administration is very good !! All issues are resolved immediately. The territory is clean and quiet. I advise everyone. We will come again!)

Moreover, for your information, such a supervising body as the State Food Service of Ukraine in the Zaporizkiy region, with an annual, thorough inspection of which the camping is subjected before the start of the summer season, would never allow placing vacationers on such bedding. I would like to draw your attention to the Regulations on the operation of the camping and KVED, which govern its activities. All of his economic activities are precisely spelled out in them: legal status, principles and procedure of work, provision of services, equipment, location, etc. And you, dear Natalya, as a lawyer (whose competence and professional ethics already have strong doubts), it would not hurt to first familiarize yourself with these documents in detail, before unreasonably presenting your accusations, expressing dissatisfaction and making false conclusions. In the end, if you were so bad with us, everything is bad, judging by your left feedback, then you had to immediately go to the administrator, who "... does not remember herself," for a refund for accommodation. The issue would be resolved immediately. And instead of enjoying a good rest with us, you were engaged in tracing the family ties of the owners of the camping, assessing the productivity of the personnel who “... all day just walk after each other. They don't do anything. More precisely, they create the appearance that they are doing something, but the result is somehow not visible. " And you had no right to do this. As for the administrator's work ("The administrator does not remember himself ... Even when talking to her on the phone, I had doubts about its adequacy, but during a personal meeting everything fell into place)))"), then you, Natalya Serdyuk, no one has ever gave and will not give any right to judge its adequacy / inadequacy, about it by telephone conversation, in person, etc. You, at a minimum, must have a special medical education to draw such conclusions, and not the dubious qualifications of a lawyer ... The time of arrival / departure at the campsite is precisely determined: by 10.00 - check-out, at 12.00 - check-in time. This information is on the bulletin board near the campsite administrator's office, it is more than once brought to the knowledge of vacationers when they check into their rooms, it is announced during a telephone conversation with our guests, in the end it is officially on our website stozhary.zp.ua ... Why dear Natalia is creating again even here the problem remains a mystery to us ... So, dear "prisoner of fate" Natalya, as you christened yourself, based on your words: "We, of course, never go there anymore" we can safely say that your presence with us will be remembered for a very long time, from a very negative side.
