We arrived only yesterday, the rest began perfectly, I hope that it will continue the same way, a suite for two but with an extra seat in the form of a sofa, the air conditioner works, the water is cold and hot around the clock, the water pressure is excellent, the water itself is salty, but it does not bother us, the body after the shower does not feel comfortable, the photos of the rooms on the site are real. Rest 23-26 / 07/2020, 3 suites (1200 UAH per day for 1 room). I want to share some facts that were noticed in 3 issues at once: 1) Water. A very complicated story ... - The water pressure is very weak. The water supply goes to 2 adjacent rooms, if water is included in one, there is no pressure in the second; - Water is supplied to the rooms from a well 60m (according to the assurances of the administrators), but in fact it tastes quite salty, it is unpleasant to brush your teeth, after a shower the whole body itches as if it had come out of the sea. According to the administration, this is always the case with them and "I have been living like this with my husband for 3 months now and it's okay"; - Also, the water is opaque, which is clearly visible when it is drawn into the sink / shower tray; - And this is another problem - a clogged sewer or an engineering miscalculation of the diameter of a sewer pipe. 2) Mold in the shower, rusty faucets. 3) Sofa in the room with a sinking shelf under the head. Apparently they were being altered or already repaired ... 4) There is no sound insulation between the blocks. The street is not audible at all, but at the same time you can hear how the water turns on in the next room. 5) Toilet paper - 1 roll for 4 people (were 3 days). Take a pack with you or go to the store locally. 6) Multicooker is a plus, but the previous tenants did not wash them after themselves and the administrators did not bother to check. Stock up on detergent :). Separately: 7) Non-switching off electric kettle in one of the rooms, which leads to its overheating, pouring water. And at some point, if you left and expected it to turn off by itself, this could lead to a short circuit and a possible fire. 8) Broken TV in the same room. In fairness, it is important to clarify that it works for about a minute and turns off. According to the administrator, the problem is known, the board overheats, you need to call for help and do something about cooling the board ... 9) On TV only Ukrainian free satellite channels, including 2 religious, 4 news, 1 music, several regional. To be fair, I will clarify that in one room there is T2, but the signal constantly disappears, the administrator promised to install a signal amplifier. 10) The Internet is purely for show, the reception is confident, but there is no speed. But on the beach all operators are excellent at catching 4G. On the plus side - a working refrigerator, air conditioning, fresh beds, clean bedding, MGOs, a veranda for eating, generally clean rooms (except for the bathroom). Will we come here again - no. Will I advise someone else - only on condition of familiarization with the above facts. Therefore, I leave it here.

We chose this base because on others we did not want to rent a room for only 2 nights. Polite, friendly administrators, no complaints here. But there is trouble in the room ((I understand that this is an economy one for 300 hryvnia, but still. - the room is dusty, stale -old feather pillows -old beds -dust fan - there is no kettle in the room - there are only 2 sockets in the room, one of them is occupied by the refrigerator On the territory of the base there are toilets, washbasins, a barrel of fresh water, an outdoor shower and for extra charge. the board can be washed in a hot shower. There were a lot of spiders, although the employee of the base removed all the cobwebs in the morning, the spiders weave a new one very quickly. I do not recommend economy class rooms, for the same money there are bases with better conditions, maybe it will be okay to spend the night, but not for a long stay. Dear owners and guests! Please pay attention to the lack of service and adequate attitude towards your own Guests! If you want a boorish attitude and absolute disappointment, then you should definitely call Base Half! You will be told to make an advance payment for the room, you do, and when unforeseen circumstances happen, in the case with us, not the best family circumstances, and you of your own free will call and ask to pick it up a week before, you will be told to go further with the words: "Girl, what are you? We actually earn too, no one will give anything." You know, first learn how to talk, then warn about the conditions, just think that you have no right to communicate with anyone like that, you provide a service, and guests pay for it. After a lawsuit about fraud and blocking your bank cards, your brain may wake up somewhere. Good luck!
