The new premises of the clinic were a pleasant surprise, but that's not what I mean. I would like to acknowledge the work of Dr. Lapchenko A.Yu. and his assistant Natalia (unfortunately I do not know the last name), well-coordinated professional work, attentive and respectful attitude towards clients and much more. A.Yu. our family dentist for over 16 years, and we will be happy to continue our communication.

I am in deep shock from the work of the prosthetist A.Yu. .... for three years I have been suffering from pain ... I am far from Zaporozhye. No sane doctor risks redoing the work of this so-called doctor. I am ashamed to show the work of this doctor and explain each time what exactly was established for me. I am in despair. No financial documents (although they were ripped off completely). But the worst thing is what I can't do. The pain is getting worse.

On October 22nd, my attending dentist recommended to go to Dr.Shipenko, as she had doubts about the root of the teeth that she wanted to cover with crowns. I signed up immediately , went to him. Vladimir Shipenko made a diagnosis. I took a picture at the reception. Spent 15 minutes on me for a consultation. Sent to a 3d image. I brought the picture. And already in the telephone mode I was waiting for an answer. During the conversation, he confirmed his diagnosis. On my what else you can see sharply said that he had spent so much time on me. It's unpleasant. I wanted to continue his treatment with subsequent implantation, but refused from the remaining sediment that the person spends so much time. Doubts have arisen because to invest that kind of money and if the implants do not take root, I have no doubt that he would have said the same to me: I spent time on you. Wouldn't recommend!

Of course, I will not sing praises, only a statement of fact !!! I only treated Shipenko’s teeth! He is a doctor from God! Patience and understanding, rigor, where necessary! Personally, I was pleased with them! And also for those who were not satisfied, please take into account that you rate the entire clinic! And this is unfair! If you have any complaints, you can contact Shipenko directly! And I’m sure that the issue would be resolved!

I was unsatisfied with the orthodontist, E. I wanted to put the retainers right after removal, he insisted on the “practicality” of the mouthguard. This option did not suit me, because I read that it was terribly not convenient! But under the authority of a doctor I gave up! Now I understand that they just wanted to “make money” on me! Over burl and impression -1500 UAH !!!! And she cracked, after 2 weeks! Is it quality for that kind of money ?! Horror! I’m unbelievably sad that when I was away, I didn’t have the opportunity to put the retailers before! . I came to the reception, they installed me in 15 minutes - for 400 UAH! . By the way, I didn’t receive a receipt on the service provided, and you also issued a check! . You should take care of your reputation and loyalty of your future customers! Complement !! Less than 2 days later, as the retainer peeled off !!! And tomorrow is Saturday! Wonderful! I do not recommend contacting such careless and irresponsible "doctors"!
