Due to the convenience in location, we decided to contact this clinic for consultation and the subsequent installation of the bracket system. They explained everything to us, painted the course and work plan. The upper part was installed, after which once a month it was necessary to come for tightening. After some time, one fixture from the tooth fell off, when contacting the clinic, we were told that there was no nearest record to the specialist and that a replacement would be ordered and installed at the next scheduled visit to tighten up (although in other clinics, if the fasteners are lost, they produce within a couple of days setting so as not to lose the correction effect). Administrators at the reception are not able to agree on a schedule of appointments among themselves, one calls and says that they are recorded at a specific time (although it was originally agreed another), and when we arrive at this new time, another administrator reports that there is no doctor and we are recorded at the original time, in short saying a mess. As for the orthodontist Irina V. Berdetskaya, her opinion regarding the treatment and the schedule for installing the lower system was questioned by three specialists from other clinics, there was a feeling that in this clinic I just wanted to quickly install and get paid for it. When, nevertheless, we decided to change the orthodontist and the clinic, we were provided with discontented persons with an extract based on which: Berdetskaya I.V. she kept the patient’s card purely for show: no casts and pictures were taken to record the progress of treatment, but only the date of the visit was noted for the twist, information was not recorded for each specific tooth about how much it had shifted and how much the twist was made. The prices of this clinic are not quite high, but the quality and service are also at a very low level.
