The essence. I was sold a damaged product, namely an EMPTY bottle of "Sonobarboval" which leaked out, stains are visible on the box, I am attaching a photo of proof and a receipt. I noticed this already at home and immediately returned to change it for a whole one, and received a refusal and a statement that it was my own fault, and the pharmacy had nothing to do with it. According to the new Law of Ukraine No. 2628-VIII, pharmacies can take back low-quality medicines. Inadequate quality means the expired shelf life of the medicine at the time of purchase, which is confirmed by a check, the appearance of the medicine does not match the description in the instructions, the expiration date or batch lot, physical damage on the package or blister (ampoule) and other similar defects are not indicated. From this it follows that Shara's pharmacy does not respect its customers, violates the law on consumer rights, literally laughing insolently in his face. Perhaps I will use the advice of a respected pharmacyft and will give this situation maximum publicity.

But I was not offered to order them online or pre-order (albeit with a prepayment). I ordered another network at the pharmacy, came and took it without a queue.
