The generator has broken. Signed up for a time. I arrived. The generator was removed. They disassembled, showed that it was broken and took it to be repaired. I'm sitting while I'm waiting, drinking coffee))) I will add a review! While everyone is happy, the service is 5. I supplement the call. Signed up for 9 am at 12 o'clock left with a working generator. Everything is on top))

So, the most honest review. I contacted Starterok with a Renault Megan 3 car on 01/11/2021 (by phone), there was an error on the tidy that there is no charging (battery charging fault - all signs of a faulty generator relay, or the brushes are worn out). They said that there are no places for today, come tomorrow. Arrived 01/12/2021, identified the generator as Mitsubishi, the relay for it is not available, come on the 14th. I didn’t come, it didn’t work, because life consists not only of trips to Starterok and back. Arrived on the 16th, left the car, pick up the 18th. On the 16th, they called that the generator was incorrectly identified by them, it is not Mitsubishi, but Valeo, the relay for it is not available, but on the 18th it will be and we will do everything. Call 18, come, pick up. I arrived, replaced the clutch, re-soldered the brushes to the melted relay (as I was told by phone that it melted, but why put the melted relay back - it's not clear if a new 16 was ordered, or not actually ordered ???), the error went away, but the key on the tidy still burned. I rode for 9 days, on day 10 the error returned, arrived, left the car, I additionally asked to check the braid of wires (because I read that there might still be a problem), which goes from the generator to the blocks, the battery. They said good. They changed the relay, the original Valeo, they did not take money for the work (this is clear, their mistake was originally), everything was checked by wires, everything is working (WITH THEIR WORDS). The error went away, the key remained on the tidy, puzzled, read a bunch of information, although why is it needed. As I understand it, I turn to specialists, pay money, and they solve this issue, but, as it turned out, in the 21st century, with a bunch of equipment, devices, it is very difficult to determine the problem, I think that this technique needs to be able to use, but many do not want / do not know how (underline what is needed). The officials scolded that the repair would cost 11 thousand hryvnia, they have their own assumptions. Shock! On 02/01/2021 I went to the guys who specialize in "French", checked all the blocks, wires (which I asked the guys from Starterk and they AGREED), the wire turned out to be broken. Repair for a penny, relief, joy. Conclusions: the Starterok generator was made, albeit on the second attempt (I spent money on fuel, time, nerves, as I rode back and forth to them, but if they got down to business more seriously, it would have been decided on the first try, this concerns already the first stage, namely: the definition of the generator), why unprofessionalism - because due to deception (yes, I cannot call it any other way), I was looking for the reason anywhere, but not in the wires, you cannot do it ? Give up right away, don't give hope, and then lie that everything has been tested. Ugly! The price / quality also leaves much to be desired, yesterday's guys would have such a repair + replacement of bearings (if it was required), it would have cost 800 UAH cheaper, I think, and on the first try, without meaningless round-trip trips. What I can note is pleasant communication with Starterk employees from and to, without raising my voice, nerves, but this is normal, I am a client, moreover, I pay money, and there were more than one Starterk mistakes, also a plus is a guarantee for 3 months, checks issued, although the boxes from the parts that were changed are not given (at least they didn’t give me, the boxes were lost for some reason), they have catalog numbers, because in the receipt, for example, there is a catalog number on the relay, and not on the coupling, it is important for me to know the part numbers for the future. Yes, one more thing: I applied for the first time, according to an advertisement on the site, this is a 10% discount, no one offered me a discount until I reminded about it myself. Two stars for the above. I wrote it as honestly as possible! Thank you for attention!

They brought the generator for inspection (replacement of bearings and diagnostics) in the morning. They immediately checked it, took it to work and said that they would do everything within 2 hours. And so it happened) Thank you for the fast, high-quality service and customer focus)

They work quickly, no complaints. Generator repair warranty is three months. Prices are on average like everyone else. Separately paid for repairs, separately removal and installation of the unit, separately spare parts. It was not necessary to expect by appointment, which is certainly a big plus.
