I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the visa center in Zaporozhye. It was necessary to make a nat. a visa for a son who is studying in Poland and came home for 3 weeks, and he had air tickets to Poland on 15.01.2021. The son is the holder of a Pole's card, which allows him to obtain a national visa free of charge, according to the most simplified procedure and in the shortest possible time (the latter, as it turned out, is very far from reality). I paid 475 UAH for the services of the visa center, arrived at Mayakovsky on 12/22/2020, explained the situation and asked to accept the documents as soon as possible. I was told to wait for the call, and there was not a single person in the hall at all, and neither was there at the door. The call was in 5 days, and they told me the date of submission on 01/12/2021, which did not suit us. I asked what other options, and on the advice of the girl I paid 360 UAH. for sending documents by New Mail, which will be faster (naive). I received the documents of the PPVA in Zaporozhye on December 29, 2020, no one worked on them for a week, they called me on 01/06/2021 and found fault with the photo (which met all the requirements and was accepted by them when they visited the PPVA). On the same day, I brought a photo (enlarged), and again there was no one in the PPVA for submission (which indicates a huge load, probably) and asked to immediately send the documents to the consulate in Kharkov, to which I was told that from 06 to 10 In January, the consulate is closed (holidays) and the dispatch will be 11.01, on Monday. On Monday, in spite of my requests, they did not send, but sent only on Tuesday, 12.01. I had to write and call the consulate directly, and ask to send the documents with a visa back by New Mail as soon as possible. But the deadlines were no longer in time (just one day was not enough for this) and I had to go to Kharkov by night train to pick up documents on my own, wasting time, money and putting myself at risk of contracting coronavirus. I threw the money for sending through the New Mail to the wind. I am shocked by the "work" of the PPVA in Zaporozhye, it is terribly unprofessional!

A repeated visit to this institution causes bewilderment how such a "soviet" service can still exist in a commercial organization today. Apparently, the lack of competition (((. 1. If you are limited in terms, you will never guess when it will be right to contact them. It's too early - and you don't have time to come from abroad to get to them on the date they specified. Or when you arrive, you turn to them, but they offer a date when you should already leave. The approximate timeframe from paying the service fee to the date you are assigned for filing ranged from a week (in July) to a month and a half (already in August). Is it really impossible to make an online appointment, where you yourself immediately choose the date of filing? 2. The hotline could not be reached even once out of about ten attempts. Listening to music can take forever. 3. Blatant incompetence of employees. On any issue, the girl who accepted the documents went to consult with her colleagues. The photo does not fit any, except for those taken in their center. That is the wrong size, then the white background is not enough. Moreover, the same photo was approved during the initial filing, and when other documents were reported, they were already rejected. I am endlessly reinsured, and everything is at your expense. To any question on the questionnaire, they answer that they fill out the questionnaire for money. My questionnaire was filled out, there were only a couple of clarifying questions on points where several options for filling out are possible. It is as inconvenient as possible, incompetent and unclear what kind of service I am paying my money for. By the way, you can apply to PPVA only on prepayment for their services. And if the date of filing does not suit you, they return the service fee for 3 months.

It is not possible to get through. At all 50 minutes on the line hung. Are you there ... are you at all? Aleee m ... and I already paid the visa fee three days ago. Where is the call ????

it's impossible to get through, in general to the visa center, I'm in another city, how to clarify the questions on the documents, outraged, everything is called for people !! like all services in our country.
