With delivery, obvious problems !!!! My husband decided to make a surprise, they called me the day before and specified the address. I thought they would contact me on the day of delivery, but no ..... I called at 11:43 to find out the delivery time, the girl answered me: "The courier is on the way, please wait", well, but now it's already 15:00 and no courier call, I dial again ... I got through from the fourth time, heard the same answer, asked to clarify the delivery time, specifying again that I had business !!! They answered me quite harshly and rudely, I AM OUTREDED !!! I have no complaints about the quality of the bouquet and the gift !!! P.s. The courier called at 15:04 and said that he had arrived 😤😤😤

Once again a stale bouquet! On February 14, cream roses were delivered to me, which were no longer the first freshness: soft, did not smell, did not keep their shape. Frost, transportation - I thought. I put it in a vase - by the evening half of the flowers wilted. In the morning, nothing remained of the bouquet, which looked awesome on the site. I attach a photo. We started to deal with the company. They, in turn, refused to admit their guilt, allegedly "you did not get them from the wrapping paper and they wilted" - what, excuse me ?! The roses have already been fresh for a week, no less. We decided not to spoil the holiday for ourselves then, so we contacted the next day. As an apology, another bouquet was delivered two days later. Of course - not roses) some of the cheap ones. Thank you, of course, but that one wilted on the second day. Strongly do not recommend this flower delivery service!

P.P.S. 06/20/2020. I change 1 star to 4 stars. So, in my nightly response to the incompleteness of the order, I received a morning call from the quality control service of this company. According to the results of communication, I was apologized for the work of a particular courier. And as compensation 10% discount on the following orders //. In addition, the recipient on the same day, in agreement with me, as the client and the recipient, received a “compliment” from the Company: a box of chocolates beloved by all women and a big rose! And the “compliment” was delivered by a polite and adequate courier! From which we can conclude that the management of the company is adequate and the Client’s Respect, as well as that the courier was unlucky on 09/19/20, and this was an accidental misunderstanding! I think I will take advantage of a 10% discount and make the next order. As a result, I’ll add a review, and maybe I’ll increase my rating from 4 stars to 5i! I add a photo with a “compliment” from the Company / a box of my favorite sweets and a big rose against the background of yesterday’s roses /. 06/19/2020. The order is NOT completed, because Poor and incomplete provision of services is not accepted! Flowers brought and poked like a broom! Your employee didn’t even tell from whom! On the phone, the operator Nikita, explaining to me, the client, the essential conditions of the order said that the length of the stem of the rose is 70 (!) Cm, which ultimately influenced my decision on a specific composition from 11 roses for 608 UAH. with delivery and postcard. But in the end, the length of roses in the delivered bouquet turned out to be 50cm, i.e. 30% shorter! And the main thing: the courier did NOT deliver the POSTCARD! And the point is not in the cost of a paid postcard and not in the fact that I received a fake automatic report on the status "order delivered with a postcard." And in the content of the card, which was ordered for this! The recipient not only did not find out from whom the bouquet was, but also did not feel emotionally because of the lack of a paid postcard with the text previously indicated in the order application and re-confirmed to the operator on 06/19/2020. I sent a negative review on the evening of 06/19/2020 by the moderator was not missed (only positive reviews are posted on the site, which should already suggest the impartiality of the site moderators). The site indicates the time of work "around the clock". Nevertheless, the whole evening of 06/19/2020 I could not get through from my number to make complaints about the lack of a postcard and the length of the legs of the rose! Reviews are only NEGATIVE! I do not recommend the company! P.S. I’ll supplement the review: I sent them a complaint, we’ll see how they react.

I ordered mom 101 roses for the anniversary. Since I live in another city, and there was no opportunity to come on the day of the holiday, I decided to use your service. I placed an order by phone, paid with a card, and the very next day at the agreed time my mother delivered a gorgeous bouquet. Arrived after 5 days, the flowers are as soon as plucked.
