Awful quality of roses !!! There are no complaints about the delivery, everything is fine, but there is a huge claim to the quality and freshness of roses. They brought a bouquet of 15 roses in a paper wrapper. When they opened they saw what they had the leaves are trimmed like a poodle from the barber shop. And the most interesting thing is that several roses did not stand for 3 hours and just began to crumble. I wrote a complaint and in response they say because of the temperature drop it happened, then the question is, why did not all the roses in the bouquet behave like that? In short, this is the so-called "Business for a Day" with such a pace, if they do not change their attitude to quality, then by the end of 2021 we will not hear about this store at all. Thank God there are other companies that value their future and customers. Who is reading this review, think about the money wasted and the possible spoiled holiday for your loved ones ...

Wouldn't recommend. The finished composition does not match the bouquet depicted on the site. Neither color scheme nor fullness, both of these positions are shifted to the worse. The couriers and receptionists work satisfactorily, but the florists were very disappointing. I live far from my mother, and earlier I ordered bouquets for her only in this company. Now I will start looking for a new one.

Very upset with the quality of the balls. Last year I ordered 2 fountains at the same time of year, the balls flew for a very long time and none of them burst. Today, 15 minutes after the arrival of the courier, 2 balloons burst at once. There is no way to leave a review on the site. Scrolling through the tape, only positive ones are visible. Therefore, I conclude that it is impossible to leave just a review with a negative rating.

The flowers were delivered on time, but the quality of the flowers is terrible! The bouquet did not last even five days ☹️ I can accept the difference in composition, the design is less elegant than in the photo catalog, but stale flowers ..... complete disappointment. Considering the cost, I think that you have the right to claim at least the excellent quality of the goods! And it's not about the money thrown into the wind, but about the spoiled holiday ...

I made an order for helium balloons by phone, which I wanted to pick up locally in Zaporozhye. I indicated a specific time, tk. I was in a hurry and repeatedly said that my order should be ready by a certain time. I paid for the order 3 hours before the time the balls should be ready. Having arrived at the place and found that the balloons had not even begun to inflate, I asked about the reasons. I heard the argument that they were leaving, although the manager said the order would be ready on time. Managers are not competent and cannot coordinate the work of their staff. If you do not want to get into an unpleasant situation when ordering in advance, I recommend paying attention to another service.
