Ordered bouquets with gifts for March 8th. Several times stipulated delivery time until 22:00. As a result, the order was delivered the next day without explanation or apology. It turns out that I wanted to please my loved ones, I bought bouquets with a double extra charge for the holiday, and as a result, the order was delivered the next day, when it was no longer relevant at all, and the prices were much lower. At the same time, they not only did not even apologize to me, but even refused to receive legal details, preventing me from resolving the matter in court. As a result, I was forced to file a complaint with the tax authority, as well as call the police to force the legal details and verify the legitimacy of commercial activity. Upon receipt of legal details in the future I will be forced to file a written complaint with the State Inspectorate of Ukraine on consumer protection issues, as well as with a lawsuit.
