Very positive memories from cooperation with Intercom (Art Design in a new way). They did it in September 2017. wardrobe 2.5 * 0.8m + wardrobe in the hallway 2.2 * 0.55m + table 2.5 * 0.8m (order No. 000133). Before that, a 6m kitchen and a moydodyr 2.5m long were ordered from another company (UkrBestMebel) - there were low-skilled installers themselves there + one error was in the workshop, so there were alterations and a very unpleasant time delay, which the management took for granted. We immediately contacted UkrBest because At the exhibition they had a kitchen that interests us - acrylic with a laser edge Rehau (the edge becomes a monolith with facades). For some reason there was a stereotype that the Intern switched exclusively to office furniture. In addition, not everyone was engaged in acrylic with a laser edge (although in the end such facades were still imported from Kiev). As a result, for cabinets (2pcs) + a 2.5m table, they turned to Intercom and they succeeded with the best furniture accessories (all Blum, RaumPlus sliding system instead of the Polish Indeco) for 600u.e. cheaper than the previous company offered after all its stocks! And when everything was done during and the level of “fit” turned out to be higher, I felt sorry that not everyone knows about the rebranding of Intercom (for home) in Art Design. I believe that if you do rebranding, then this should be trumpeted by advertising. I decided to write a review. For the personnel I encountered (in comparison) with the previous company - similarly. Intercom installers were especially pleased, who turned out to be a cut above the previous ones. The installer Alexander is generally a godsend for the company !, surprisingly, but the client is above him everything that you rarely see. I would have difficulty communicating with him that he is a simple installer. The qualifications of both installers are Alexander and Roman at the level. Designer Dmitry helped with two practical advice at once (including closing the “cabinet with shelves” of a large table with a door) + on the sliding wardrobe + defended what is important from a technical point of view. I can say the same thing about manager Tatyana - only positive reviews about her, good advice. Now about the important difference - as I now know, in the Intercom there is full automation (robot machine) for cutting chipboard and even cutting for loops + marking with a robot, etc. And cutouts for electrical panels with an edge are made in the workshop with an accuracy of a millimeter! You can’t say about UkrBest company, where they missed a pencil case with a size of 2 times + a slip of 20 mm in the length of the kitchen (and this affects the size of the quartz countertop - it was lucky that they did not manage to use it, they ordered quartz in the Dnieper). Conclusion: taking into account our “skilled hands”, automation, as in the Intercom, will always win, all other things being equal. At prices - the most expensive ones were found at all-Ukrainian network companies such as Roda, Merks, etc., although they often only make their own same series, most of which are hackneyed classics. I think other Zaporizhzhya companies also lose Intercom in quality, while not offering the best price. Feel free to recommend Intercom. I hope for discounts in the future ...)))
