I do not recommend buying in this store! They ordered a sofa to order, they said they would wait 2-3 weeks, they brought the sofa a little more than three weeks, despite the fact that they promised delivery by 18.00, they arrived at 20.00, the quality of the sofa didn’t suit us (it was poorly tensioned, which was striking and the cover was glued what they told us to glue, and also in some places it was dirty). Due to the late arrival of the sofa, it was not possible to contact the manager and get a solution to the situation. The next day, the manager Ekaterina came to the store manager and suggested that we modify the sofa, repair it, which we did not agree to and wanted an exchange for a good quality sofa aphid money back. But we were denied this. They brought our sofa in 1.5 weeks, but the quality also did not suit us and did not decide anything. They refused to contact us with requirements, explaining that we saw what we were buying. But we bought a sofa on order, additionally paid for the fabric. I have not seen such a boorish attitude anywhere!

There was a need to purchase a new sofa and we went to watch, study products. We went around a lot of stores, spent a lot of time, but still made a purchase. We found our dream couch. Thanks a lot to the consultant Julia, who helped us make the right choice of fabric and gave useful tips for the long-term operation of the sofa. We are happy with everything and will advise your store to all our friends.

We ordered a bed and a mattress in this store !!! They came with certain thoughts, myths and desires. For a very long time they chose and took their time! The store employee weathered, explained, told, showed !!! A separate question is the choice of mattress ...))) Thank you very much Julia for patience, endurance and wisdom !!! Service and professionalism at a high level! P.S. For comparison, you can look at the neighboring furniture departments in the same building ... WITHOUT COMMENTS !!!!
