Because I am a regular customer, I often order the necessary things according to Weiber. For all the time, I have never encountered a refusal of help from either the manager or the masters. If you are a final customer, then to get the maximum result, I recommend that you delve into the question and speak correctly. P.S. The cost does not suit - no one forces you to place an order here. They didn’t give the sizes correctly - so what do the managers have to do with it. They didn’t load the chipboard onto the car - well, there are no special people in Auchan to deliver the purchase to the trunk of a car. But in general, everything is always good.

I made an order for sawing and gluing and splicing (twisting with chipboard screws) from my material. They thought it was very incompetent. 12.5 meters of excess were added to the cut from the spliced ​​chipboard, and for a second the cost of one meter of such a cut was 18 UAH. In fact, 2.3 square meters were twisted, and 5.7 square meters were put up for payment. This was done during quarantine, maybe in the hope of lack of leadership, or maybe this is the principle of the company. In fairness, I’ll say - for 12.5 meters the money was returned, but for the rest - FAILURE !!! It was added that if they screw one hair on a whole sheet of chipboard, then you will pay the full area of ​​the entire sheet, not the area of ​​the hair !!! Be careful when placing an order in this institution and double-check !!!
