If you want to spend an extra one and a half to two hours in line, feel free to come to Laura Makeev. This doctor lets 5 people into his office at once, the rest remain waiting in the corridor. Regardless of the hour for which you are registered, you still remain waiting in the first line, and it is not clear why these coupons are needed then. Having said that you have come to your time, but have been sitting for an hour, they will simply ignore you.

I was treated in cardiology of Zaporozhye city hospital No. 10, with a diagnosis of cardiac arrhythmia from 24.07 to 03.08. 2020. My attending physician is Yu.N. Moroz. attentive, unselfish, courteous doctor. He prescribes not only treatment, but also gives detailed advice on how to treat and not start the disease. Head of the Department of Cardiology - Franskevichene L.V. did me an ultrasound of the heart, held a detailed conversation about my disease. I underwent hormonal studies of thyroid function, ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, kidneys, gastroscopy, diagnosis of gastrointestinal tract pathology, diagnosis of anemia, HOLTER EKG, went through an ophthalmologist, gynecologist, digital FG and many more different tests, which I was pleasantly surprised if it was a private clinic, I'm afraid to even imagine how much it would be. I think, within the framework of the medical reform of Ukraine, I will express the common opinion and desire of all pensioners to preserve non-profit hospitals. I also want to thank for the well-coordinated work of the middle and junior medical staff for the cleanliness, comfort, responsiveness, for the attentive attitude towards patients (mainly people of retirement age). The temperature and pressure were measured in the morning and in the evening; the nurses invited patients for ECG and injections, personally coming to the ward. I would like to acknowledge the excellent work of nurse Victoria and head nurse Olga Yurievna. Thank you with all my heart for the hard work and wish you all good health! When asked why they didn’t warn the SMS, as it is done by registration 1 or didn’t close the online record? I heard only screams, rudeness and the fact that they should not warn anyone, did not offer another doctor, stood indignant until I left. In the registrar of a narrow profile, there are always queues, rudeness in the first place and spoiled nerves. Doctor Kuts Natalya Nikolaevna, The otolaryngologist is very attentive and polite.
