Сдала платный анализ на антитела к Covid, результат не смогла получить ни по эл. почте, ни врачу не переслали. Чья ошибка? Не помог звонок с уточнением адреса эл. почты. Только после личного приезда и обращения в лабораторию получила копию результата анализа. Слова "извините" не услышала. Сказала "спасибо" (мысленно подумав - за отрицательный сервис). ПОЧЕМУ, даже платные услуги, не выполняются на должном уровне? От этой бумаги, предоставленной по месту работы, зависило многое.

I would not recommend using the services of the center, for sure there are good specialists, but this is a roulette! I was on an ultrasound scan and also at a doctor's appointment, more stupidly, probably I have never spent money yet! Doctors are not professionals, I would say even rougher! It is better to find more qualified specialists and contact them immediately, do not waste time or money!
