The rooms were very clean and very nice!! The staff was exceptional!! Jenya spoke English very well made my stay very comfortable and her advice for touring the city was excellent. Thank you. I highly recommend anyone to stay there for comfort and great guest care!! The kitchen and room service people were very courteous and friendly also. Thanks so much!!!

Great hotel with amazing people working there. They did assist us during our stay there whenever needed. Small but quiet hotel. Only one disadvantage - they do not have an elevator.

Plunge pool not swimming pool but comfortable with very helpful staff

Everything is very nice, and the main plus is the warmth in the room, especially in winter
