For several years now I have been resting at the recreation center in the rooms of the 5th building and I have never had a desire to look for something else. Here you will find everything you need for relaxation as one or a family from a bathroom, shower and air conditioning to electrolytes with dishes and a veranda. The sea is nearby and the beach is something special! Shops, pharmacies, bars, bazaars, attractions, etc. everything is just around the corner from you and it's very convenient. The territory is well-groomed everywhere flowers trees! There is a playground for children, a summer kitchen and a number of barbecues for barbecue lovers and companies! The staff is friendly and responsive to requests and comments if they suddenly arise. I would especially like to mention Svetlana who is ready to listen to you and respond during the day and night. The situation was as follows, I wanted to smoke a hookah and went to the hookah man (a young guy, tall, with a beard, thin, not long black hair). I asked him for a hookah in response, he refused me, I asked why, there was no adequate answer from him. In theory, this is his job, and he must fulfill his duties. After that I asked my friends to order a hookah for me - he refused them too, because ... because I don't know why. In general, it would be a good 4 stars, but because of the hookah people I will put 1.

Texas is a fight club where the guards can beat you up and you get bored to prove your case, the police will slow down the case for months, and you will spend a lot of time nerves and health. And so it happened on the very first evening of my acquaintance with this institution. Initially, there was a friendly tall security guard at the entrance and I even thought that the evening could end without excesses (the guy had a clean-shaven head, sorry, you're probably tired of the fact that people pay attention to this, but I honestly did not remember your name ) My friends and I moved between two establishments: Mint and Texas (some were in one, some in the other, and we migrated from one to another) At some point, the second one joined the first guard, and then the most interesting thing began. When I didn't have any problems with the first one a priori and it seemed to me that we communicated quite politely and I was even ready to give a positive review to the institution just for this guy, the second showed himself from an absolutely opposite side. So this second one was with thick dark hair, height of about 160, maybe 170, far from Slavic appearance (not that I had racial prejudices, I have a lot of friends of various nationalities, but you yourself know this stereotype about Caucasians and this person is his incarnation, in short) So, I tried to enter the institution, but the dark-haired security guard stopped me and in a rather boorish manner began to ask some questions about the glass. I had a glass in my hand, his friend gave me while we were on the street, and as it turned out later, the guard decided that this glass was the property of Texas and for the fact that I was standing with him on the street, I had to pay a fine of 100, or 150 UAH , I don't remember. From such impudence, I was a little stunned and asked to explain why he considers this glass to be the property of their institution, well, you know, maybe there is some kind of special marking, because I had no idea where this glass came from, and there could be a lot of options. Instead of an answer, there was immediately a blow from the guard. I had long lost the habit of such savagery, but I remembered that the police were around the corner and went to them to settle the situation and punish the offender according to the law. But the Kirillovskaya police is a different story, I spent a lot of time and at the moment it has not led anyone (there will be a separate post when I finish the proceedings) An interesting point. When I did manage to persuade the police to go to the institution and take evidence (there were witnesses both among my friends and among passers-by who left their contact numbers to testify on this incident), then a girl administrator came out onto the street and fiercely defended the legality of the measures taken by the guard ... That is, you will be beaten here, and the administration will cover and support the beatings by their employees. That's all you need to know about this establishment. UPDATE Since about a month has passed since the incident, I think it would be appropriate to supplement the information - at the moment, criminal proceedings have been opened on the fact of bodily harm by a Texas guard. The injuries were recorded in traumatology, the court was confirmed by a medical expert, from 27.08 the case is transferred to the court, where we will find out who is to blame for this incident It was incredibly pleasant for me to read your review, as it once again confirms your disregard for the guests of the institution, which was repeatedly shown by the administration during my attempts to understand the situation before the trial.

We came to rest with friends. We met early in the morning, settled in a clean, nice room. The staff are pleasant, the service is excellent. Housekeeping every day, service at the base and the club is excellent. The beach is clean, there are places under umbrellas and in the sun. A huge plus is that there are no outsiders on the territory, only residents and staff.

I rested in the summer of 2020. I liked it very much! The room matches the description, the room has everything you need. The staff is polite and friendly! Convenient location, in the center of the spit. Loved the beach and summer playground! I recommend this place to everyone!
