I want to share my bitter experience as I got 3 tickets for the wrong performance at all: a very incompetent worker Ira works at the box office, who does not understand art at all, but maybe she doesn’t need it. I really wanted to get to a performance with Ada Rogovtseva but instead of December 11, she sold me tickets for UAH 290. everyone on October 10, in which A. Rogovtseva did not smell. Change of tickets was also not possible😭. I would like the administration, accepting employees who can be said to be the face of the institution, to pay attention to whom it sits at the box office.
