Haven't met such bad and slow service for a long time. We rented a separate room for a company of 9 people to celebrate a small holiday. Initially, no one met or spent, the waiter had to wait more than 10 minutes to at least get the menu. With this, too, there was a difficulty for 9 people they gave out 2-3 menus, which is very inconvenient. The waiter was poorly guided by dishes and cocktails, she could not answer anything worthwhile, she took the order sluggishly, did not advise, did not prompt, I had to repeat the same thing several times. The serving is completely strange and not logical, not only is it not simultaneous even close, but also having ordered 2 identical dishes, they received them with a difference of 30 minutes. The food did not leave any impressions at all, it seems not bad, just nothing. Well, it's still a pub, all the hope is for drinks and cocktails, but unfortunately this is also a big problem. Even simple drinks had to wait 15 minutes, during which time they managed to go to the bar for a drink and return to the table. In general, I do not recommend this place if you somehow value your time and money.

The interior is excellent, relaxed atmosphere. The whole impression was spoiled by the behavior of the waiters, the inability to work with customers, rudeness and a displeased face accompanied us all evening. The administrator in karaoke became the responsive and positive person who saved our holiday!

Not a bad bar. Quite by chance we stopped by - you had to kill 40 min. We drank 100 grams on a frosty evening. vodka. Cute, not expensive (22UAH for 50 grams). They joked with the bartender. So the norm. Thank you.

"Club for their own people", it would be possible to immediately turn around and leave - when the administrator, taking a look from the bottom up, did not want to let her into a half-empty institution, citing alleged oversaturation. But in Zaporozhye at night, there are few working institutions, so they passed. My question is "what, does the pub have a dress code?" - and the administrator changed her mind. Next - 30 minutes in anticipation of the order (3 drinks of type splash into a glass). At the bar - 3 people, in the hall - 2 tables. Refers to a "large order quantity." Behind the closed door - noise and din, karaoke. Come in, dance, ”the administrator came running and opened. Entrance to this door was paid - 150 UAH per person Neither a book of complaints, nor a “sorry”, nor a promised call back. Disgusting impression. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Especially visiting)

It’s cozy. Good kitchen. Fast and friendly service. In general, I liked everything.
