They waited an hour for the hookah man, although the place was empty They asked for a book of complaints, the waiter did not want to carry it at first, then brought it, the administration did not respond to reviews since the age of 18! They asked the administrator to come, talked rudely and without finishing the conversation turned around and left I ask the director to pay attention to this!

Food is about nothing, salads in stores are sold and even tastier. Big markup for bottled alcohol, normal music every other time. The atmosphere is cool, the interior is interesting, some of the staff are polite and cheerful, and especially the hookah man (he cheered up with conversations and jokes)

The waiters are boors, and the security can only look at the priests of the visitors, an absolute failure to fulfill their official duties.

Dear future guests of this beautiful institution, I want to warn you that this is the worst place I have ever been to !!!!! Dishes of disgusting appearance, I did not find a single seafood in a seafood salad, and indeed, in addition to green peas and some black straws, there was nothing there. The meat plateau consists of three sausages, three potatoes and some paste, of unknown appearance. I generally am silent about the quality of alcohol, what can I say if we were ordered to bring an empty open bottle of vodka and then for another hour the waiters and the administration refuted this act (by the end, of course, normal vodka was brought) but what it cost us a whole separate story !!!! It’s impossible to wait in line to sing karaoke !!! Here is this girl who, in my opinion, is responsible for all this, has not yet reached adulthood and does not understand at all what she is doing !!! Smoking right in the room between the karaoke bar and the dance floor, no exhaust hood, it stinks terribly !!! I wonder if they have permission to do so. The age of visitors frightened me, it seems to me that half were not 18 years old, and they all were successfully poured and brought cocktails !!! Security, this is generally a separate caste or the whole estate (ONLY in a word !!!) Why they are there is generally not clear, but one thing is clear, not to observe and protect the peace of civilians who came to rest, but rather to to wreak havoc and destruction !!!! In general, if you sometime pass by and think about how to go there and relax: in no case do this, take pity on your nerves, health and money !!!
