There are so many advertisements and loud words about Ukrposhta now, but in fact nothing has changed. Yes, we made new branches, but the service is the same. Not only does delivery over short distances take a lot of time, but you also have to run after the parcel in the offices and stand in each for 20 minutes. We ordered a parcel to one address, and upon arriving it turns out that it was sent to another place. We always use other delivery services, but because of the cashback, we decided to give Ukrposhta a chance. Having stood in the queue for receipt, it turned out that it was impossible to pay by card, there was no terminal at the checkout. Now there is absolutely no desire to use your services.

I'm surprised, but dill is really changing for the better. Delivery across Ukraine a couple of days, the service has improved (although the staff are the same, lol). Well done

Horror! The delivery department is open from 9:00 to 16:30 from Monday to Friday. How to pick up a parcel if you work from 8:00 to 17:00? In the general department, all the girls are good, friendly, and in the delivery department there are always disgruntled boors.

No matter how this branch of Pripyat looks, so far the parcels have not disappeared. You can not blame the workers for the state when the general salary is a million a day, and they have a penny. In any case, it looks better than most hospitals in the city)
